MEET ROBERT LENNOX 

In the decade I spent in large enterprise companies prior to starting my own ventures, I found myself drawn to roles where I could guide teams and individuals.  Each leadership position I held became a platform for equipping my people with the tools to find their own unique paths and unlock their true potential.

Later, as an LGBT+ entrepreneur, I found it harder to get in the right rooms, tricky to secure important meetings, and more frustrating to have my voice heard.  I had to develop grit, and I relied on my prior years of business experience to come up with creative strategies that would ensure my success.  After launching and successfully exiting multiple companies, it became my mission to invest in and advise underrepresented and underrecognized founders so that they could get a more level playing field in building their dreams.

In founding Lennox Strategies, I’ve broadened that mission.  My heartfelt aim is to help entrepreneurs and professionals, no matter who they are, how much experience they have, or where in the world they may be, chart more rewarding careers, build businesses that deliver true value and meaningful change to the world, and challenge the status quo and industry norms.  If you’re someone who’s seeking the same things, we would love to work with you.
